These terms cover your use of the Brifta app, this website, and the hosted Brifta service.

Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Brifta you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Private preview
Brifta is in private preview. Features, limits, and prices can change, and the service is offered without an availability commitment during this period.
Your account
Accounts are personal. Keep access to your email address secure, because sign-in codes are sent there. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use Brifta to record where you are not permitted to, to process content you have no right to, to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell processing capacity.
Recording responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the recording, consent, privacy, workplace, and client rules that apply to you. Brifta does not give legal advice and does not determine whether a recording is lawful.
Plans and billing
Paid plans bill monthly in advance. Processing past your included hours is billed per hour at your plan's rate. You can change or cancel a plan at any time; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Your content
Your meetings stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the processing you request, and nothing beyond it.
Availability
AI processing depends on third-party providers and can be interrupted, degraded, or changed. Recording and import keep working when the service does not.
No warranty
Brifta is provided as is. Transcripts and summaries are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete; check them before you rely on them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using Brifta and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change we update the date above and notify account holders of material changes by email.
